ryanfrizelle.com is operated by Ryan Frizelle, an individual based in Colorado, USA. This site sells access to the Claude Code Course and related digital products. If you have any questions about this policy, email ryan@ryanfrizelle.com.

• Account info. Your email and (if you sign in with Google) your name and profile picture.
• Purchase info. Payment is processed by Stripe. We never see your full card number. We do receive your name, email, billing country, and a record of what you purchased.
• Usage data. Which pages you visit, which lessons you watch, how long you watch, and basic device details (browser, OS, screen size).
• Communication. If you join the email list, comment on our social posts, or message us, we keep a record of that exchange so we can respond.

• To deliver the course, your account, and any guides you signed up for.
• To process payments and send purchase receipts.
• To send course updates, lesson drops, and occasional broadcasts.
• To improve the product (which lessons are landing, where people get stuck).
• To respond to comments, DMs, and support questions.

We do not sell your data. We do not rent your email list. Ever.

We rely on a small set of providers to run the site. Each one only sees the data they need:

• Stripe for payments.
• Supabase for account auth and database hosting.
• Vercel for site hosting and serverless functions.
• Cloudflare Stream for video hosting.
• Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and Microsoft Clarity for aggregated traffic and behavior analytics.
• ManyChat and Zernio for replying to comments and DMs across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Resend for transactional email.

We use cookies for login sessions, attribution (which channel sent you here), and analytics. You can block third-party cookies in your browser without breaking the site. If you visit ryanfrizelle.com/?no-track=1 once, your browser will be excluded from analytics permanently.

You can email us at any time to:

• See what data we have on you.
• Correct anything that is wrong.
• Delete your account and the data attached to it.
• Unsubscribe from emails (every email also has a one-click unsubscribe).

Requests get a response within 30 days. If you are in the EU or UK, GDPR applies. If you are in California, CCPA applies. Either way, send the request to ryan@ryanfrizelle.com.

We keep account and purchase records for as long as your account is active, plus seven years for tax and accounting purposes. Analytics events are retained for up to two years.

The site is not for anyone under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from kids. If you believe a minor signed up, email us and we will remove the account.

If we change anything material, we will update the date at the top and, where appropriate, email account holders. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new version.
