Build a Real Estate Listing Page With AI
I turned a single Zillow link into a finished listing page on a live real estate site, and I never opened the website builder once. You hand Claude Code the link, it pulls the photos and details, builds the page, and publishes it.

I turned a single Zillow link into a finished listing page on a live real estate site, and I never opened the website builder once.
Here is what you will do:
- 1.Hand Claude Code a Zillow link. It pulls every photo and all the listing details for you.
- 2.It copies one of your existing listing pages and drops the new home in. Photos, price, beds and baths, the whole thing.
- 3.It builds the schedule-a-tour page too, then publishes everything to your live site.
You never touch the code or open your site builder. Claude Code does all of it, and it builds the page as a draft first so nothing goes public until you look at it and say go. The only real cost is a few cents per listing for the Zillow data.
Turn a Zillow link into a listing page on your site
Here is a Zillow link for a new listing: [PASTE THE ZILLOW LINK]
I am a real estate agent, not a developer, so walk me through anything you need and explain it in plain English.
I want you to build a listing page for this home on my website and set it up as a draft so I can review it before it goes live. Here is what to do:
1. Pull the listing data and all the photos from that Zillow link.
2. Look at my website, find one of my existing listing pages, and use it as the template. Copy its exact design.
3. Make a new page from that template and fill it in with this home. The photos, the price, the beds and baths, the square footage, the description, and the school info.
4. Build a matching "schedule a tour" page and a thank-you page, and wire the tour button to them.
5. Upload all the photos to my site and put them in the photo gallery.
6. Save everything as a draft. Then give me a preview link for each page so I can check it before anything is public.

That prompt turns one link into a complete, on-brand listing page on your own site. Claude reads the Zillow listing, copies how your other listings look, builds the whole thing including the tour form, then waits for your okay before anything goes public.
Here is the one-time setup so Claude Code can do this for you:
- 1.Get a Zillow data key. Sign up for a Realtime Zillow Data API (RapidAPI and OpenWebNinja both have one), put a couple dollars of credit on it, and grab the key. This is how Claude reads the photos and details from a link.
- 2.Give Claude Code access to your website. Most real estate sites run on WordPress. Tell Claude what host your site is on (like WPEngine, Bluehost, or SiteGround) and it will generate a secure key and tell you the one line to paste into your host dashboard.
- 3.That is it. From then on you just paste a Zillow link and Claude builds the page.
One-time setup: connect Claude Code to your website
I want to set up Claude Code so it can build listing pages on my real estate website for me. I am not a developer. Walk me through this one step at a time and explain everything in plain English.
1. My website is built on [WORDPRESS / SQUARESPACE / WHATEVER YOU USE], hosted with [YOUR HOST, e.g. WPEngine, Bluehost, GoDaddy]. Tell me how to give you secure access to edit it. If it needs an SSH key (a secure login Claude uses instead of a password), generate one for me and tell me exactly where to paste it in my host dashboard.
2. I have a Zillow data API key from [RAPIDAPI / OPENWEBNINJA]. Save it somewhere safe so it never sits in plain text where it could leak. My key is: [PASTE YOUR ZILLOW API KEY HERE]
3. Once you are connected, find my existing listing pages and tell me which one we will use as the template for new listings.
Confirm everything is connected and working at the end.Always have Claude build it as a draft and take a 30-second look at the photos before you publish. They load in the order Zillow has them, so you may want to move the best shot to the front.
That is the whole thing. Paste a Zillow link. Claude pulls the photos and details, copies your page design, and builds the listing. You review the draft and hit publish. A new listing goes from link to live in minutes, not a phone call to a web person.
